which single stack 9mm compact for conceal carry
Hi, i'm on the market for a 9mm single stack compact for concealed carry. So far I have the Glock43 and Ruger LC9s on my radar but I am open to other suggestions as well. I can't really decide between the two. I like the fact that the ruger lc9 has a little larger capacity (7+1) compared to the Glock's (6+1) and the fiber optic sights seem to be a plus. Any suggestions?? Appreciate it

I have a shield too and love it. 400 cheap target rounds and 100 carry rounds through it with no issues. I've stepped up to a g19 just because I wanted a double stack carry gun

Check out the offerings from Kahr Arms. They usually can be found pretty cheaply in the used market.
I carry a Kahr CW9 when I want a single stack. It's been 100% reliable for me.

I currently carry a sig p938 and think it's a great gun.
I carried a LC9 and then an LC9S for years. I was completely comfortable with them also. Nice thing about todays guns are you have plenty of good competent choices.

Re: which single stack 9mm compact for conceal carry
I have & like an LC9s. I did get the extended mag, both to increase capacity and better grip. The sights did need to be adjusted when I first got it. Certainly would endorse that.
My wife has a shield which is also a very nice gun. Shot it many times myself. Never a problem. As with nearly any smaller single-stack, it's too small for me as it comes: I'd get an extended mag for it, if it were mine.DGAF

If you can find one, the SW 3913 or 3914 or their corresponding DAO 3953/3954. Dave_n
