Williams is somewhat enigmatic. He's a piece of shit on some issues and actions but not others. For example, I like that he advocated heavily for Mexico to release Marine Sgt Andrew Tahmooressi, though I'm aware some of you thought the Marine fucked-up and deserved the extended detention, so that one probably wouldn't score that in Williams' favor either.
