It has been over 60 days since I have applied for a Permit in Huntingdon County. I have yet to recieve a denial letter from the Sherriff. Just a phone call. Just more proof of his incompitence.
As for the Constitution of Pennsylvania:
Article 1 Section 21 states:
The right of the Citizens to bear arms in DEFENSE OF THEMSELVES and the State SHALL NOT BE QUESTIONED.
There isn't an election coming up. It is just time that some of the bull crap that is taking place in this county be brought to light.
I do have an attorney working on this and it is going to get interesting.
Another person who did appeal his denial was told by the judge that he, the judge would not interfere with the Sherriffs duties. That in itself is interesting.

So how did this shake out for you? Were you ever issued a permit? If not, what was the reason for the denial? Inquiring minds want to know...

I know this is years after the first post but I didn't have any problems at all when I went to get mine...
