Re: Coyote Problem Areas?
I am up here in Carbon County and for the past 4 yrs I have gotten yotes on the trail cams. I caught them chasing deer seconds behind on the cams three times w/ in the last two yrs. I have also seen every season deer carcasses torn apart with yote tracks with one double kill, all were yearlings. I got a 30 lb female during archery and two days later I almost got the male. I have hunted them over the years and only came up with one. I am very careful with scent and movement and used both mouth and electronic calls...they are very smart creatures with very good noses. I haven't gone yet this year so if anyone is interested in Carbon, Monroe, Luzerne area give me a buzz.

We need a few coyotes in Oaks, PA. The stray cat population is out of hand.

Re: Coyote Problem Areas?
Coyotes woke up us last night around 3am yipping near the barn. I have my livestock barn wired for video and sound with a speaker near my bed turned down low, so if anything really upsets the animals I'll wake up, problem is when coyotes start to yip and howl the animals tend to go silent but the coyotes were so close to the barn the microphone picked them up.
This is first time we had them near the house for about six months or so, but if they keep coming back over the next couple of weeks I'll take request here to come out and hunt them at night. I'm in Washington County near West Alexander.Washington County Machine Guns & Tactical Range -- CMP Affiliated Club -- FFL 07 / FFL 10 / FEL 20 / SOT 02 / ITAR

WCGS...Climb to Victory! 10th MTN was my last division after 14 yrs in. You are on the other side of the state but if you want any help knocking some of their population down I wouldn't mind taking a weekend trip out there.
