Re: Anybody have a C&R?
I would guess it was around six weeks also. Although to be honest I wasn't watching the calendar as I was just doing it to get the license and wasn't in any major hurry.

Re: Anybody have a C&R?
Are there even any good surplus C&R guns left on the market anymore?

Mosin Nagant, Tokarev, SKS, K31, CZ-82, etc.
Lots of stuff worth owning. Lots of neat, old revolvers out there to.
Edit - this is the C&R page on Gunbroker

Neat old revolvers are right up my alley. I want to pick up a few more pre 64 winchesters and and a Gov't marked 1911 too.

Re: Anybody have a C&R?
I really wanted a C&R two years ago, but I never felt like I had the correct paperwork. What I had looked correct, but I wasn't even sure how to fill it out....Lots of spots that I was not quite sure about???
I asked a couple FFLs that I knew to assist me, but they didn't seem too thrilled. So I hung it up.
How much is the fee now?

Re: Anybody have a C&R?
The fee is $30 and the paper work is confusing but there are a couple of tutorials i found online that help you get it straightened out. You can print the form up right from the ATFs web site. I figure for $30 why not.
