Potter County non-resident friendly ccw renewal

Hi. New to the forum and hoping to get our PA non-res permits renewed and didn't realize it has to now be done in person. We originally got them by mail from Centre county.

We live in Rochester NY and Potter County would be closer [relatives and ATV park in Wellsville, NY area that we frequent].

If potter is friendly what city would be the place to visit to have our permits renewed, so I can visit the website and find out all that's involved?

I presume you have non restricted NYS permits?

If so either Potter or McKean should be no problem.
Walk in walk out with ltcf. I would call ahead though.

The potter co sheriff is located in Coudersport
