Default June gun budget is shot.......

I bought a Browning Hi Power off a member here for $775.00. I bought 500 rounds of Bill Wilson Signature Match .45 ammo for $350ish. Then I sent the TRP back to the mother ship for some custom work, around $600.00. Granted, I won't have to pay SA until its done.

    Ain't America great????

Then I made my biggest mistake,,,,, I took the wife shooting today. This is going to get real expensive.
    George,
So many guns, so little money.

No matter how you look at it , it's all good. You spent around $1700 and she didn't flip out so I'd say you're doing pretty good and Congrats . , you got a hell of a wife and some new toys , It don't get any better than that
. All my money is tied up in fixing my house , we left it for almost four years.
My wife's mother fell twice , once broke her nose and as soon as we were getting ready to come home , she fell and broke her hip plus bla ,bla bla , and I'm finally back home .
With lawyers and doctors and getting her all set up , 3 years , 9 months and 11 days later we finally got her set up. I just wanted to bring her up here with us but noooooo !it's too cold.

Then I fell apart . You heard the story but my house has not been looked after for almost five years. We had to leave so quickly , I forgot to blow out the water lines and we didn't expect to be gone so long. I'm working on the plumbing right now , we lost it all pipes burst everywhere.

I need two million dollars and three kilos of crack cause I only got till the 6th
another surgery coming up. Got no plumbing , just ran hoses from the hot water tank to tub and kitchen sink.

So , budget , I have to laugh ,you did good and a great woman to boot.
Me , I get it together , just not sure how long recupe time is after surgery so I gotta do as much as I can before I go back to the hospital.

Again , Congrats to you and your woman , she's a keeper .

Power always thinks...that it is doing God's service when it is violating all his laws.

Sorry about your issues, Dman. And Ungawa,,,, sure,,,, as soon as your 68 The bride is a keeper, we've been married 20 happy years. 20 out of 48 ain't bad in my book. I still introduce her as my first wife.

The newest toy....yeah, it looks like rust above the thumb safety,, but it's just oil. I love my C&R. Now I need to find some internal extractors (for spares).

Nice looking chunk of iron. Money well spent
You might have trouble shooting that 45 ammo in it though
