Trap/Sporting Clays/Skeet
Where do people like to go and shoot trap skeet or sporting clays. I like HHA for trap on sundays but I believe they are still closed for repairs or something like that. Enola Sportsmans sunday nights when they start that. Blue Ridge for sat sporting clays. Been to palmyra awhile ago. Where do you like to go?

Re: Trap/Sporting Clays/Skeet
I have gone on there but the info is not real up to date. Plus I was just curious who goes where. I have gone plenty of places around here but its hit or miss usually just the same few group of regulars. I like it when there is a bunch of people there instead of shooting against the same people not that I dont have fun with the people I have met was just hoping to narrow down where most people are going on what days. Then again the current weather doesnt help right now.

Re: Trap/Sporting Clays/Skeet
I shoot trap at Duncannon Sportmans Association on Wednesdays at 6. Right now it's touch and go to the weather and illness of the guy who runs the trap house (the other guy is out of state right now). Once the weather gets nicer it will be a regular deal. $3 a round.
I've been researching this same question and I've found that Carlisle Fish and Game has trap, skeet, sporting clays and 5 stand. Check out their website for days and times of practice sessions and matches. It's all fun and games, til someone shoots your bobber!

Re: Trap/Sporting Clays/Skeet
Normally I'm out in my back yard with whoever happens to show up. But I know right down the road, if you join it, the Millersburg Gun Club has a trap and skeet shoot every weekend.
Or if you want a bigger shoot, Hegins has a huge one every now and again.

Re: Trap/Sporting Clays/Skeet
For Sporting Clays I shoot at Blue Ridge Sportsmen, Carlisle Fish and Game, and Starview Sportsmen.
There is also Central Penn Sporting Clays in Wellsville.
Carlisle also has Trap and Skeet. (one of the few clubs I have found that do all 3 very well!)
