Re: opening day
Saw about 40 deer today in 3 hours. Didn't shoot any b/c I wasn't in the mood. This is like pre hunting for me, I will shoot a doe if it is an un-missable shot but otherwise I am just out to pattern the bucks b4 the real season kicks in.

Re: opening day
They really are like rats......the only thing I see more of off of my stands are tree rats. Too make things even worse, the church on the other side of the woods I hunt has cut down about 30 acres of trees and bulldozed it all into a big dirt heap. I am not sure what they are building there but I am sure the deer are concentrated into a smaller patch of woods. Just so happens that I have three stands in that patch of woods.....I'm such a lucky guy!!!!!
Maybe when my freezer is full we can do a raffle to see who gets a free guided hunt with me down here in Delco. (No bucks of course, Doe only, this will be a "Population Control Hunt") I'm sure some of you guys will be interested in that.Feddog82 Feedback Page http://forum.pafoa.org/showthread.ph...light=feddog82

Re: opening day
Lots of rats in Delco. Stepson hunted Ridley and found that some rat power tooled his game camera off a tree. What schmucks

The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.
Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.
