WAYNE, Pa. (WPVI) -- Radnor police and a bomb squad are on the scene of a reported hoarding situation in Delaware County.

Officials responded around 2:30 p.m. to a home in a cul de sac in the unit block of Marlyn Road in Wayne, Pa.

Upon arrival, police said they found deplorable conditions.

A hazmat team is on the scene trying to determine the scope and seriousness of materials found on the property.

Radnor Police Commissioner Bill Colarulo tells Action News that crews are also trying to catalogue munitions found on the site along with other suspicious materials.

The homeowner, a firearms broker, is being questioned on the scene, police said.

Emergency crews have blocked off the cul de sac and some neighboring streets, and officials have deemed the home uninhabitable.
