Are you registered to vote?
I shouldn't have to ask this question, but in my weekly door-to-door canvassing for a certain candidate, I am surprised by the number of his "supporters" who aren't registered to vote.
A candidate needs votes to win, not "support." So please double-check that you are registered to vote for the Nov. 3 election! You must register by Oct. 19 to vote on Nov. 3.
A one-stop website for all voting-related tasks in PA is "votespa.com"
This is run by the state; you can register to vote, check the status of your voter registration, request mail-in-or absentee ballots, find your polling place (always a good thing to double-check beforehand), and perform other voting related tasks. There are also phone numbers of each county's board of elections, in case you don't get your voter registration card, mail-in ballot, etc.
PLEASE ... Don't be one of those who people who say on Nov. 4, "I didn't vote because ...." This election outcome will be razor thin, and the choices between the two candidates couldn't be more pronounced: One favors a continued republic, the other wants a socialist country.
Not meaning to sound preachy or talk down to you ... just want to be sure everyone is squared away on this. As second-amendment folks, we need to ensure that our right to keep and bear arms does not become more endangered than it already is.
Any questions about the process, feel free to post them here. We'll get you an answer!
Thanks!
PS - This is a great time to ask your relatives and friends if they are registered as well. Don't be shy!Last edited by gunsrfun1; October 4th, 2020 at 03:27 PM.

Re: Are you registered to vote?
Absolutely, and I only vote in person so my ballot isn't cast into a roadside ditch.

Re: Are you registered to vote?
I am and the rest of the family as well. As parents we made a big deal of getting registered with our kids. Kinda a right of passage with a special dinner out for the kid doing it. Don*t forget a education on this right has to go along with the process. Not so much as a red or blue thing but a responsibility to participate. Voting place is two blocks down the street and we would go all together when the kids were still at home. Kinda cool when the polling place workers know you by name and say here comes the so and so,s. They still know us and ask if the kids are getting out. The answer is of course. I find it amazing how many folks I know that don*t vote. It*s a small inconvenience during your busy day. I like to think of it as being part of the solution instead of being part of the problem. I*ll tell anyone that doesn*t vote to shut their pie hole if they are bitching about the political scene as it is. Just do it, vote.

Thanks for posting, and thanks for going door to door to get out the vote.
If Biden wins the election the Democrats have promised massive gun bans and gun confiscations.
We need every gun owner to VOTE Trump to protect our guns and to prevent Democrat mob violence.

Re: Are you registered to vote?
Heck yes.
I think I have a moral obligation to vote and I have voted in every election since I became a citizen in 2010.
