Change grips
I have a CZ 75 B P 07 model. That model does not come with interchangeable back straps. My problem is the trigger keeps pinching my finger no matter how I hold it. I was wondering if changing the grips would be a solution. I value all opinions. Thanks Joe

Re: Change grips
I googled CZ trigger slap. What they describe is the end of their trigger finger hurts, what I am experiencing is the skin after the first joint of the trigger gets pinched. After 30 rounds I'm ready to throw the gun in the garbage.

Re: Change grips
Sounds like my hi-point 9mm. I never in a million years would have guessed it was a CZ clone.
Are there other guns whose triggers hurt? I thought that was hi-point shittyness. The Gun is the Badge of a Free Man

Re: Change grips
My Glock 43 did that until I changed to a flat trigger shoe. You can check on Cajun gunworks and Cz custom for a replacement trigger shoe and see if they solves it.
Go head, skin it. Skin that smoke wagon and see what happens.

Re: Change grips
I called Cajun and they said there not doing any thing until the virus is over and they have backlog. Missing a lot of trigger time with this nice weather.

Re: Change grips
Yea I’m missing trigger time as well. Is it the omega trigger system? You might be able to find someone with a newer p09/p07 trigger for sale. I carried my p09 wearing a streamlight tlr1 today. I made a holster for it and I’m super impressed with how well it conceals.

Re: Change grips
My CZ75 was giving me what I referred to as "trigger bite" and the guys at my range suggested the early style trigger from Cajun. I swapped it out and it made a big difference. If memory serves, I changed the trigger return spring to a slightly less aggressive one that Cajun sold.
I think the trigger is a reproduction of the earlier CZ trigger.
