rte 74 range lack of safety
once again my trip to the rifle range has resulted in me having to correct unsafe practices. what is with people these days? i do not know if these are beginner shooters that just do not know better or experienced shooters that have developed bad habits. i for one will not tolerate gun handling on the firing line while people are down range checking or putting up targets. needless to say i will continue to speak up when this type of uncourteous behavior happens. all i can say as fellow shooters we need to police safety among ourselves. your cooperation and willingness to speak up when you see these types of basic safety concerns will no doubt make all of our shooting experiences more pleasant and safe. on a following note a more regular presence of the game commission addressing these issues would also be helpful. shoot straight, be safe, have fun, red dog

Re: rte 74 range lack of safety
Its a shame a few people are irresponsible. It fulls anti gunner.Palmyra had an issue last year i think where soemone used an AK or SKS(7.62x39) and hit the roof of a house over a mile away behind the range. Now palmyra sportman, working with local law enforcement, paintes the backstops yellow.Shoot outside the yellow and it is automatic expulsion with possibility of criminal charges added on. I enjoy occasionally shooting semi autos myself but come on people be safe about it.Dont give anti gun groups any more to use against gun owners .

Re: rte 74 range lack of safety
"camper" has been taken on a couple message boards I've used in the past.
Can almost guarantee that 'herplover' is one that is not, unless it's the dating section of the valtrex message board...
I hate the 'call for rep' posts, but damn the dude deserves it for us ragging on a new guys name
