Just go to the tool icon in the middle part of the window, next to messages. Select report page from menu, pick spam,scam, or offensive. CLICK REPORT.
With enough reports it may get blocked or removed automatically. Guess it is the least we could do to help this trolling idiot.......but he'll surely be back....

Just fyi for those that use this quote: check it on wikiquote. Turns out it's a quote of a psychiatrist paraphrasing Freud in the 90's iirc. Still a great line, it just doesn't seem to be direct from Freud.
