    [SARCASM]

THAT SIGN IS A TOTAL FAILURE, IT IS AGAINST MY RIGHTS TO OPEN CARRY, THOW SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED, FROM MY COLD DEAD HANDS, I WILL NOT STAND THIS SLIPPERY SLOPE OF INFRINGEMENTS AGAINST MY RIGHTS.

    [/SARCASM]

Nice find. It would be nice to see that sign. But to me absence of any signs I figure CC is perfectly fine OC is hit or miss based on the establishment or the attitude of the local manager.

If i had a storefront, i would have one of the green signs posted. Most definitely.
I have a firearm in my dumptruck at all times. Why wouldn't i want one in my store (that goes for the customers).

One thing i change on those signs. I'd rather use the word "firearms", than "weapons".

Same. I prefer to always refer to guns as either firearms, or tools.

It's not a sign that I'd encourage any of my business clients to use, only because "encouraging" private carry of firearms goes beyond "we do not limit lawful carry".

That's what I'd put on a sign, something like "we won't restrict what you do as long as it's legal".

If a business encourages thousands of strangers to carry firearms on its property, then that business is more likely to be sued if one of those many strangers lacks good judgment. One out of 10,000 customers thinks that he can shoot somebody for using the "10 items or less" line when they have a dozen eggs, and guess who has the deep pockets?

Risk management is a numbers game, you can't control every factor but you can be smart about it. "Allow" lawful carry, but don't "encourage" it.

Here, watch this 10 second video, ask yourself if he's liable for the damage (oh, and look at my signature line, we have a Workshop coming up):
