Still available. Buyer backed out. I will not "hold" this pistol for you. I have set up three appointments with my FFL now, only to receive a call the night before saying that something came up. If you want it I will hold it if you paypal a deposit or something. Other than that it is still for sale until I have cash in my hand. Sorry for being a dick, just tired of telling folks that it is sold, then the buyer backs out. Some forums actually ban you for that.

I am selling a M&P on here also. Whichever pistol sells first will go and I will keep the other. I just dont need two 40cal pistols and want to get rid of one of them
