Based on this post from Greyhawk, it sure looks like it.

One brigade diverted from Iraq to Afghanistan to great public fanfare, meanwhile another brigade is quietly sent to Iraq in it's place. All while months of training and vital skills are wasted.

Now imagine if Bush had done this. Of course you can't because it's simply unimaginable that he would have done this.

Nothing Obama does will surprise me. This is typical of everything he has done vis a vis retaining Bush foreign policy and war effort. Tout change but deliver the same result in a re-wrapped package.

It also does not surprise me that the media is protecting him. I do have hopes that this will change as more and more crap piles up and it is plain that the President of the United States is no more than an inexperienced empty suit with the intent of turning the country into a socialist nation "for its own good".

It also does not surprise me that none of his supporters even care that they are being treated to the same National Defense agenda that we had under Bush and which they criticized so vehemently. These morons live in a fantasy world.
