Yeah it is not a bad price. It is not the brand naneI used. Also I did not change the chargeing handle in mine. Saw no need to.

i don't have that kit, but i have most of the parts in that kit, made by other companies. I think an extended mag release, bolt buffer, and auto bolt release are worth purchasing.

My bolt release and mag release are made by Volquartsen and the buffer is made by Weapon Kraft.

NO Buy a buffer, and extended mag release ( about 4 and 8 bucks respectively) the other two parts are junk.

The Ruger bolt release can be modified into an auto bolt release. Take a Dremel with a carbide milling bit (Demel part #9901), and cut away that tooth in the big hole.

Someday I will get around to making an extended mag release too. Drill and tap the Ruger part, screw in a shoulder bolt with threadlocker and lop off the head.

I like the urethane bolt buffers (like the Weaponkraft) better than the 2-piece neoprene (like Volquartsen). They are inexpensive.

Never bothered with larger bolt handles. Don't see a need.

If you don't have a match hammer, they do make a huge difference in the trigger pull.

IMHO these are the must have chages for a stock 10/22::

    1. auto bolt release
    2. extended mag release
    3. bolt buffer (I hated that "clack" sound)
    4. target hammer. I have this one in my gun ==> http://www.rimfiresports.com/merchan...gory_Code=TPRK
