    Default 😲One dead in shooting at Monroe County bar

    EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. — State police in Monroe County said a someone is dead following gunfire Friday night at a bar near East Stroudsburg.

    The shooting happened shortly before 11 p.m. at My Place Bar & Grill on Milford Road in Middle Smithfield Township, state police said. The victim — whose identity was not disclosed — later died at Lehigh Valley Pocono Medical Center.
