I just found out that they plan one for 2nd Street Pike and Bustleton Pike in Richboro. Sounds like a solution in search of a problem.

First I heard of this. That is not that bad of an intersection and traffic rarely backs up for more than one light. The intersections one light up at Almhouse and the intersection a few hundred feet south at upper Holland are much worse so everyone will just get stuck at those lights.
Since they will never demolish anything in the new shopping center with the trendy restaurants and the state store I guess they will have to build it over where the new gun store opened or even Jake's restaurant. They would also have to demolish a few houses and maybe even the funeral home.
