Fact: no it isn't.
Opinion: you should consider finding a new gun club.

Your PA (resident) LTCF permit is good in 32 states. NOT MD, NOT NY, NJ, etc. NOT the left coast, ever.

BTW, WV now offers non-resident ccw permits that add 5 states that the PA permit does not cover (NM, Nebraska, Nevada, Minn., and Delaware), bringing the total to 37 states you can carry in.

That's nice, when did WV start that? And do you know what it takes to get that?

My go-to up-to-date source is https://handgunlaw.us/. Here's a screen grab of the current reciprocity map...

WV began offering non-res. permits in July, 2021. They do require proof of basic pistol training, such as NRA BOPS. As in PA, apply at any sheriff's office. I went to Martinsburg, Berkeley County, just off I-81. You can call them at 304-264-1982.
Re: PA LTC - Good in all 50 states?
I find SC the most annoying. Don't recognize PA or any non-res from another state. That makes zero sense as non-res requirements are the same. e.g., UT, FL or AZ resident vs non-res.
Re: PA LTC - Good in all 50 states?
He meant you can now apply in Maryland without the subjective good cause requirement or whatever they used to call it.

A member here just recently posted how they got their application approved in 26 ish days. The process is a bitch but apparently it's happening.
Re: PA LTC - Good in all 50 states?
Will never happen until you hear that National Constitutional Carry has been passed by congress and signed by the President. Like I said, ain't in the foreseeable future.
