As long as you are >150 yards from any of the buildings along the access road or along the perimeter, you can hunt anywhere that isn't posted. I'd stay on the north side of the access road or head back past the last boat launch. Fewer people. Or, stop in at the maintenance shed, introduce yourself, and ask the guys there where the best place to go would be. They'd be glad to help.

Yes, anywhere between Milford bridge to Dingmans bridge is the federal park land. You can follow that all the way south until you get past Bushkill, it's all huntable land. There are some fat squirrels down there around the cornfields.
