They are trying to market a Zip gun? That thing looks unsafe. Not only can it fire a cartridge without a barrel but the firing pin is resting on the primer at all times. If you drop it it will likely fire.
$100 is way too much. Pay an extra $20-30 and get a high point.

I can see this as a possible "survival kit" pistol or a "tackle box" gun.
However, a Keltec P3AT (.380) has 6+1 and is only 1oz more in weight loaded. And you can pick them up used for around $150.
