Hempfield Farmers and Sportsman's Association
I recently joined a small, and fairly unknown range on the Lancaster-Lebanon County border, above Manheim. The Hemfield Sportsman's Association is a small group- membership is limited to 200 members. Right now, membership sits around 100. It's a small but well-kept place- there are ranges for rifle (To 200 yards), pistol, shotgun, BB gun, and crossbow. It is gated, so you must be a member to get into the area. Meetings are 6 times a year and we have two work days each year. The location is just above Tree Tops Golf Course northwest of Manheim. If you're looking for a range to simply shoot at (No events) that is basic and well-kept, check them out: http://www.hempfieldsportsmen.com/
Re: Hempfield Farmers and Sportsman's Association
I’ve been a member for about 4 years.
I rarely make the meetings because I have to be at church most Thursday evenings.

For those interested, the club borders SGL 145 and you can hunt the club property.
Re: Hempfield Farmers and Sportsman's Association
I am looking for a new club to join. It looks like you need a sponsor for membership in this club?

Re: Hempfield Farmers and Sportsman's Association
Hi Mark,
For those that don't have a sponsor, it's recommended to attend one of our meetings. We have one scheduled in January on the 14th at our usual Chiques United Methodist Church location. Bring along your application and be ready to make a payment. I'm the treasurer for the club, so feel free to message me on here and I can answer any questions you may have about the club.
Thanks,
-Ethan.
