Does it take Glock mags?

Couple polymer 80% lowers I*ve been interested in. But the 80% AMT 7075 billets I*ve been getting for several years now have worked so well, just can't bring myself to switch. It*s weird....I love the Polymer80 pistol frames. So I know the AR lowers work just fine. It just seems RIGHT for the AR to be all 7075.
I will say, the way it*s made with the built in stock & pistol grip is kinda GAY! Like a ONESIE for the AR! Weird! Look at the other polymer lowers that take any stock/pistol grip is my advice.
The problem with polymer AR lowers that use standard parts is the weak point was where the receiver extension threads into the lower. It would snap off in that location. Even the early Cav Arms lowers had their problems.
I commend KE Arms for bringing out the KP-15.
the "gay" thing. LOL! Who's "stalking" who now?
Too funny.
joelad has it right. "standard" polymer AR lowers have a weakness in the design that makes them prone to cracking.
This one, not so much.
Not sure what one would have to do with the other??? And yes... but you already knew that because I*ve stated it & shown many I*ve built. Thing is, I*ve built many, MANY more ARs than you for much, MUCH longer. I like 12-13* best.... but have done many with longer 15*. Found the longer handguards are weaker(bend easier on impact) & add extra weight. You want to the HK look or worse, cool... As I said before(and you*ve read), I use very nice, accurate & pricy barrels. I like seeing them.:)
BTW... it*s OK if we like different looks of things. Really, the system doesn*t grind to a screeching halt because I think an AR *ONESIE* lower looks weird, or prefer a couple extra inches of barrel seen. I promise it won*t.
:D
Was looking for something and ran across this thread.
Anyone else pick one of these up?
Brownells still has them on sale for $80 (stripped)
or $150 with LPK already installed and includes buffer/buffer spring.
Go ahead and build a complete lower (with stock and grip) for less - I dare you.
If you buy the stripped version, I suggest also ordering the KE-Arms Optimized milspec selector. ($15)
A standard milsped safety will work, but apparently it's seriously difficult to remove once installed.

I got a stirpped KE-Arms lower in black a few months ago. I need to get the optimized selector and a LPK so I can take a pencil-barrel upper I have and mate them up for a nice, light carbine.
Here's a bunch of pics I took to give people a better look at them up close.
(that's a piece of zip tie covering up the serial number)
