No to all of your questions.

This could have been avoided if the GPU would have done their due diligence while conducting the background check. Looks like I'll be waiting months to get my permit because of an incompetent investigation.
Philadelphia GPU and ‘due diligence’ in the same sentence, hahaha!!

In a reasonable world, asking for a supervisor should produce instant rectification.

They have to conduct an investigation in conjunction with PennDOT to sort this out. At least I know that the reasons for denial should be cleared up by the time my L&I hearing comes around.

That's wild what kind of warrant is it? Summary? Like what's in considered
Re: LTCF Permit Denied in Philadelphia
Warrant for tickets that are not even mine. State trooper make a mistake transcribing the driver's
license number of the person that was pulled over. Apparently, Philadelphia Traffic Court is going to find the correct DL # and associate the tickets with the correct person.

I'm taking bets on whether it's cleared up by your L&I hearing. 4:1 says no way!!
Now that poor sap who actually got he tickets is never going to get a notice of the warrant, and he certainly will NEVER get his LTCF

Got a letter from Traffic Court stating that I no longer have any tickets associated with my driver's license. The letter goes on to say that there was an error entering the driver's license number due to my driver's license number being close to the other person's driver's license. I just have to wait for my L&I hearing now.
