Here's the thread we were following regarding the reopening.
I sent my application in a week or so back.
Bill will have his or clubs FFL as well.
With 576 open, it'll be a hell of a lot less traffic for me to get to a range.

I posted earlier on getting out there.
Great upgrades.
7 new pistol bays added ( 4 existing ) for 11 total.
The shortest existing bay is about 15 yards.
The longest new pistol bay is about 70 yards.
The old 100 yard rifle sight in range is gone and there's no.longer access to the "hole".
The top portion of the double decker rifle shooting area was removed and a new concrete pad / roof built in front of the old one.
The pool still isn't heated. Ha.
Clubhouse looks totally refurbished. Very nice in there.
A gate card is used to get in.
Sign in at the clubhouse.
Plenty of new target stands in the pistol bays.
All in all, a great rework. i like it.
I'll be getting out there more often since it's about half the distance to PMSC.
2 great clubs on either side of the city.
I stopped out this afternoon. Way improved from the old facility. $25/day range for non-members. Skeet/trap $4.00 round for members $5.00 for non-members. Sporting clays course isn't finished yet due to weather (mostly mud). There's a couple dozen brand new throwers sitting by the clubhouse waiting for installation. 5 Stand clays is all new construction with new machines up next to the old 100 yard range. I'll probably be joining up.
I also stopped yesterday. Got to chat with several of the staff and everyone was very nice and polite. After a quick tour of the premises via golf cart, me neighbor and I spent some time at the rifle range and one of the pistol bays. I'm very excited to see how the place progresses as memberships increase and renovations continue.
I signed up on opening day. I practically live there now. ;-)
The trap machines have voice control or delayed release. They also have wobble trap. Can't wait until sporting clays are installed.
