Re: 💰 Cashing in on ATV riders
Snowmobiling is big business in the Adirondack Park but no 4 wheelers allowed. See...the sleds ride on the snow but the 4 wheelers erode the soils.

Kinda of like I have found with hunters and motorcyclists in regards to private property. They wanna play but don't wanna pay. In other words they are happy to use your land, which they don't pay for or maintain, and then leave trash behind, break safety rules, trespass, tear up trails/roads built at your expense, etc.
Sure like painting with the world's biggest brush huh?

Also live in the sticks, NWPA, dirt road, nearest neighbor just shy 1/2 mile away.
Might be different elsewhere but here my observation is you're spot on. Met a few decent folk but they are the exception.
Have even stopped a few and, in a gentlemanly way, explained that they need to slow the fuck down going past here.
Lets not mention trespassing.
Works...for awhile. Then my tractor breaks down blocking passage.

But only the 4 wheeled variety of course.
