Well at least something good happened this week.

They won round one. Who knows how it will go on the appeals.
For shooter/collectors being able to order ammo for whatever obsolete cartridge your gun shoots the decision is certainly welcome. Folks who have stuff like the Mannlicher straight pulls in 8x56R or really oddball stuff like the Nambu or even just hard to get old timer cartridges like the 38-55 all have found on-line a life saving option to keep the old gals going.
I’m sure California and the anti gun lobby in America is working on its argument.... this sets precedent for New York and New Jersey to be sued again
But anyway expect ammo prices to go up again because I just got an email stating that ammo can be bought online shipped to the state now

Saw a couple articles on that this morning. Hopefully retailers will start shipping there immediately. Another CA mass purchasing event!
Don't forget there's still a federal angle to a background check for anything other than a firearm. As I recall, NICS clearly spells out that it's to be used for firearm transactions only. A good leader on the federal level would use this to our advantage.
Judge Roger Benitez. This is the same judge who gave Californians the Golden Week last year when they were free to buy standard capacity magazines, before staying his own order pending appeal. He's one of the good guys.
And I recall the PA constitution clearly spells out shall not be infringed. We have allowed them to ignore it, and opened the door for ignoring other things, such as PICS parameters.Quote:

Same goes for the 2nd amendment. We allowed government to ignore it, and opened the door for additional ignoring.
Ammo suppliers web sites are crashing or they are off-line to jack up prices...let the gouging continue...
If you haven't loaded up yet, your last chance just went out the window...or at a minimum its going to cost you!
