Polish the factory components with aluminum polish.
Look up the .02 glock trigger job
Or the .05 glock trigger job
Thanks, I will check this out.
I upgraded the trigger shoe instead of doing the polishing. The serrations on the trigger face are really tough on the finger after a couple hundred rounds and I also found the inside of the trigger guard would pound my finger under recoil. I changed the shoe to a flat faced one made by kinetitec and I'm happy with it.
The kinetitec was pretty easy, I found them cheaper on eBay than the official site. They come with a new pin halfway installed. You just take a punch and lay the old trigger on something like a roll of tape, hit the old pin which does break the trigger but exposes the bare trigger bar. Then push the pin from the new trigger shoe and you're done.

Thanks for the suggestions and dialog. I am now looking at ZEV TECH, a bit more expensive, but may solve the trigger finger bashing. I will input my results with the ZEV at a later date.
Ghost Inc has two connectors for the G43, the Edge and the Pro. https://ghostinc.com/the-pistol/everything-glock-42-43/
I'm not a fan of the serrated trigger shoes either. Only real reason they exist was for the whole import points crap on some of the models. You can replace the serrated trigger shoe with a Glock smooth one.(like from a G17,G19,G26, etc) http://www.glockforum.com/forum/f16/...trigger-42290/
I don't have it down pat, but it had to do with importing a target pistol versus a "weapon" so to speak. The serrated trigger satisfied the target category. I thought having a wrong part on an AK47 (for example) threw the gun into a violation exposing the possessor to prosecution. If that is the case, I wonder if replacing the Glock trigger is the same situation.
Yes the serrated trigger is considered a target trigger. Glock is manufacturing here for quite some time now so they can get around the import point BS if need be. Typical government....
