We went on Saturday and it was a well run operation. We got there around noon so the line that was shown on the early news was gone. Walk right in, step right up. All-in-all about 30-40 minutes from arrival to departure. Almost all of that was waiting post picture taking. I assume that's mostly PICS time with some manufacturing time for the license card. It was a nice day so most people just waited outside on the lawn and sidewalks until their names were called. Good job Allegheny County Sheriff.
Plenty of parking in adjoining lots. Monroeville PD had the main lot closed but pointed people to the open lots -- mostly "follow that guy" guidance.
I don't know what the other locations are like but this beat the hell out of going into PedildoVille and giving his city any parking revenue.
