Delaware Recent Changes?

Making a short trip into DE in the next week or so. I don't have a reciprocal license so I'll be OC'ing and following the typical procedure for making the firearm visible in the car.

I know there was talk and bills getting passed recently, but did any magazine restrictions get signed into law? Any changes with OC? Looks like no, but double checking.

Neither of the two bills passed both houses. Of course a free people would ignore such tyranny and hold at a “low ready” position anyway.
