To the two instructors that keep telling people in your Utah class that PA has a BAC when carrying..PLEASE stop teaching FALSE info!! You taught it in my class over a year ago and are still doing it..I corrected you in class and am doing it again on here after talking to several people who have taken your class recently..You're teaching FALSE info..
