iTargetPro - Excellent customer service
This didn't really seem to fit into the "Where to spend money" forum, but I thought it was worthy of sharing, so I'm posting here, since the iTarget product is a training system.
I pulled the kit out this morning for my first practice session. The setup and calibration was very simple.
At the end of your practice, there is a process to capture a screenshot of you target. This was not working for me. I was still able to capture a screenshot with the usual hotkey combination on my phone, but since the "shots" are a digital overlay, if you move or nudge the phone while doing that, your grouping could potentially shift it's location in relation to the bullseye.
I emailed their customer service, and a short time later, they responded asking specifics about my phone and OS. Within 40 minutes of providing that information, they were back to me, with a link to an updated .apk file that solved my issue.
I was impressed with their initial response time, and even more so with the speed of an actual fix.

Good to know. I have an iTarget but have not needed customer service support yet.
