WILKES-BARRE — Officials have identified the man killed in a fatal shooting in the Sherman Hills apartment complex Sunday.
Officials at the Luzerne County Coroner’s Office identified the man as Victor Grandy, 32, of Far Rockaway, NY

I'm glad they did an autopsy to determine that the cause of death was a gun shot wound to the chest.. I bet they would have never figured that out without one.
