I was part of a conversation recently when someone mentioned a gun show upcoming in Avis PA.
I knew nothing of it and figured I'd google the info later.
I can't find anything at all on it.
I assume it's a VFD or Sports club …..but I have no idea.
I assume it could just be NEAR Avis.
Maybe just wrong info?
I'm fairly local and drive through jersey Shore and Avis regularly. Haven't seen any signs or heard anything about it. The VFD is the only place I can think of that could actually house a show and it's pretty small.Quote:

Maybe it's just close to Avis and the guy refers to that as Avis.
The exact words were …..
"Hopefully the up-coming Avis gun show is small enough that they won't cancel it."
I didn't bother to investigate as I thought it'd be easy enough to find out about and there was so much jibber jabber going on at that moment.
