I have recently ordered meprolight sights for my M&P 40 at my local gunsmith. In the mean time i am looking to buy a GALCO leather pancake holster for my gun. Are the meprolights the same size and shape as the stock sights? Will it affect the fit between holster and gun?
they are for glocks (not exactly, but very, very close). i'm not sure about M&Ps, but i bet they are at least close.
i highly doubt they will effect the fit of the gun in the holster. if a holster did not allow you to put one of the most popular night sights on your gun and still fit in the holster, i don't think that holster would sell very well.
you could call either GALCO or mepro and ask them.
