I figured as much. It's listed as Moscow which is probably just the mailing address, but the map shows it's closer to Hamlin. The listing agent said there's a Tractor Supply as well as a Wegmans in the area so I should be good.

Not sure of Wegman's, but there are 2 Weis markets in Hamlin...yeah, 2 within a mile of each other. One used to be a Mr. Z's, but guess Weis wanted to eliminate any competition.
Also, Hunter's Gallery is in Hamlin.
I'm pretty sure the closest Wegmans in in Dickson City which is close enough (20 miles or so). Besides Hunter's Gallery there is also F-N-D Gun Shop on Cortez road. I lived in Moscow for 4 years a while ago and it was nice. Very small town feel but close enough to Scranton. Hamlin is a nice quiet area as well.
The track is no where near him. I’m just under Hamlin and I’m happy with the area. Good schools, plenty of places to eat, close to hospitals, shopping, activities. Taxes aren’t bad either. Can’t help you with the trailer park never heard a bad thing about it on the news. Move the hell out of NY, Commie Cumo can kiss my royal irish ass and that’s coming from someone born and raised in NYC.
Poughkeepsie another town that went to hell.
My understanding is that the taxes are considerably lower on the eastern side of the lake.
Weis closed the older store (next to TSC). The Moscow-Hamlin area is quiet. Decent central location. Traffic and roads are not bad. Summer does see a great influx of out of towners. Most seem to speak Russian (or other slavic lingo).
Don’t hold me to it, but I heard that a Sheetz is coming to the shopping plaza where the 2nd Weis is. McDs will be gone also.
