I am in Bucks and my girlfriend sees them when she is driving home late. I do think there are more of them this year because most of the squirrels and all of the rabbits are gone. We usually have dozens of squirrels running around my street but now you might see one or two.
On the plus side I usually have to be Mr McGreggor this time of year to keep my garden from getting chewed. Now I have a clear conscience when my daughters ask what happened to the little rabbit. I didn't do anything this year.

Foxes are smarter than that. A cat is a tough fight for a fox. They dont want a fight, they want a meal.

Same here. Our cat likes to eat them but leaves the legs.
She was munching on Puppymonster's food tonight. He wasn't happy about it but didn't do anything despite having 130 lbs on her. :)
