Philadelphia resident store long guns in NEPA legality
I am a Philadelphia resident. Can I legally store long guns locked at my GF’s place in NEPA? The ranges are nearby and I spend weekends in NEPA.
Thanks much for the thoughts.

Is she a convicted felon or mentally ill?
If yes than no guns in her place.
Otherwise bang away:o

As long as she has no access, you should be fine.
Her having access without you around would be considered a transfer and you can't (legally) transfer handguns to her in this state without FFL involvement.

The headline specifies long guns, in which case I agree with response #1. IANAL
Re: Philadelphia resident store long guns in NEPA legality
AFAIK long guns and shotguns would not even have to be locked as long as she wasn't prohibited. And if she had a LTCF you could lend her your handguns too with out a transfer.
This is for both of you being in state only.

$100 or $200 for a short question is reason enough for me to look elsewhere first.

You may learn, Grasshopper, if you read and comprehend.........
Re: Philadelphia resident store long guns in NEPA legality
Thank you. Seems tranferability/access is the issue with handguns. As far as you know would I be following statute if I kept a handgun secure locked there too?
