No Guns for Terror Watch List HB 1900

Here's a fine example of bad law! I oppose this since there is NO due process involved in having ones name placed on the terrorist watch list and no apparent means of having one's name removed. Additionally those one hte list have neither been arrested nor convicted of an actual crime. If they're so dangerous they cannot have guns arrest and convict them.
BTW the memo is WRONG in claiming that the Fort Hood shooter (Hasan) and the Pulse Nightclub shooter (Mateen) was on FBI "radar". Mateen in particular had been "investigated" and cleared twice by FBI because of citizen complaints.

And there are no mechanisms in place for appeal or getting off the list

It will likely happen due to the face mapping database that they have been compiling at all of the rallies that we have been attending.

Republicans will vote against this for the very reasons that are clearly obvious

Every democrat will use this in campaigning.
