Dont know how to fill out the license application

Hey guys. I had some trouble with the law about 3 years ago. Misdemeanors only but they were drug related posession only.

So I dont know how to fill out the application for Montgomery county. I have since change my life and I dont want to get in trouble for filling out a legal document incorrectly.

Do I need a lawyer or should I just fill it out as best I can? Should I answer yes to any of the boxes I dont know of my charges fall under?

I'm at a bit of a loss of how to proceed or how to fill this out.

You can check with a lawyer but unfortunately, drug convictions are permanent prohibitions without a
gubernatorial pardon.

Gov. Wolf will gladly pardon a drug conviction , but probably not for the reason of purchasing or carrying guns.

Sorry friend you may be out of luck. I would definitely not submit an application without first consulting with a lawyer because you can put yourself in legal jeopardy by answering incorrectly.
