Polycarbonate soda and water bottles really are "a blast"! The smaller 12oz. bottles that come in a 6-Pack make great 200 yard targets with an AR-15. Like you say, when you connect, there is no mistake. If you shoot those thin jacketed varmint bullets, it will turn the whole bottle into a cloud of mist. Bill T.
If you cut apart an empty cereal box, you have 2 somewhat sturdy targets, roughly 8.5"x11" in size.
You can place a bullseye on the unprinted side if you wish.
I eat cereal like there's no tomorrow... I should never need to worry about having a few targets handy.
thanks for the links. Always fun for something different.
Thanks for all the links, I just started to copy and am able to print them out in work so yes this saves me some $$ so I can buy some more ammo.
Attached is a life size upper body target (24" x 36").
I drew it in Illustrator. If you don't have access to a large scale printer, you should be able to take it to a blueprint copy / supply store and have them print em for ya. I'll try my hand at a zombie target next :P
Okay, here is my first attempt at a life size zombie target. I made it in Illustrator using a zombie from my stock vector collection. Same as before it's 24" x 36" and your local blueprint copy / supply store can print em for ya.
by request, a zombie scene target (48" x 36")... don't shoot the good guys!
I shoot lots of index cards.- Geogre
