Is the information on the front page no longer being maintained?

It appears that PA is still listed as recognizing resident permits from Virginia, which hasn't been the case since 2018.

Hasn't been updated in many years.

I stick with handgunlaw.us which, as best I can tell, is regularly updated and current.
