non-res PA premit

I have a non-resident PA pistol permit which is due to expire. Can i renew it in Wayne county and if so where do i go.

As a non resident you can go to any PA county Sheriff's office to renew, by law all are supposed to issue but not all do so call ahead. Bring your NYS license with you.

Not sure on Wayne Co sherriff, but I can tell Susquehanna county will not unless you own land in the county. May have to goto Lackawanna County (Scranton) or Luzerne County (Wilkes-Barre).

Pike county refuses to do any non resident permits.

Go to Lackawana. From what I understand, Wayne is no longer issuing non res licenses.
