That's a pretty cool idea. Is the parking area large enough for trucks with for boat trailers? That would likely be the highest potential clientele. I don't think many are going to Northumberland/Sunbury for romantic getaways.

It's a nice looking house that's old, historical, and not in Philadelphia. The house my great great great grandfather owned is still in Mifflinburg and a house my great great great uncle owned is still in Mount Carmel. Though totally impractical for me, I find myself wanting to buy at least one of them to keep things in the family. I like the look and feel of old historical houses.

I'm not sure if the place even has a parking lot but the guy in the video raised the possibility of a B&B.
