Basics of Pistol and Home Defense Class

Firearms safety and home defense class.
Class is specifically geared towards new female gun owners and families.

During the class we will learn:
All safety basics
Grip and Stance
Parts of a firearm
Loading and unloading
Types of ammunition
Shooting fundamentals: Sight alignment, aim, and trigger control
Handling and operation of real firearms
Types of malfunctions
Ownership of firearms
Basic home defense
We will spend 3 hours in the classroom learning then you will schedule a one hour range session privately with your instructor (for a later date). Please be sure to schedule this time when registering so you get to the range to reinforce your learning!

Location: West Chester Gun Club
Cost: $100 for the 3-hour classroom learning course.
