There's the one on the island.. http://www.fantasyislandcampground.com/ Unfortunately, it looks like the rates there are a bit high, and they don't specifiy tents.
Above Northumberland a little bit.. a couple minutes outside Sunbury.. http://www.riveredgervcamp.com/ They have tent sites available...
(unless you are taking a camper, the first might not matter much)
I can't really think of any others right in the area at this moment. I know of some in the surrounding area's, but it would be 20-30 minutes away...
