New these are over $3000. The used police surplus guns vary in price quite a bit depending on where they came from and condition. The civilian guns imported over the years since the 1970s, tend to go higher as they are typically in better condition.
I paid around $750 a few years ago for mine, but it was used surplus. I have a problem with mine where it doesn't like 357 Magnum in double action, works fine with 38 Special. I shoot it single action anyways. I replaced a spring and a screw and something else, can't remember now. There is one supplier for parts, here in PA actually. At some point I will find a gunsmith and have him look it over and have it reblued.
The original Manurhin got out of the gun business and sold it off to Chapuis Armes and now Beretta owns it, which is probably good as it will mean steady support for the guns.
I can tell you to me anyways, it's a very special gun that lives up to it's reputation and they are simply worth the money. They are extremely accurate handguns.

This is cool. I'd never heard of these revolvers before. Thanks for sharing.
Re: Manuhrin MR73" Combat
Thanks for the info! I knew they were quality and pricey. So I guess if my buddy has one for me in great shape for just under a grand it’s a no brainer. Thanks!

Re: Manuhrin MR73" Combat
My friend finally took possession of the pistol and I'm torn. Mechanically it's flawless, but there are cosmetic and finish issues :( Some pitting under the grips. The guns finish has several detractions and "might" have been refinished at some point. Ugh, a lot of money for a gun with some issues - but mechanically all good. I'm really torn, might have to pass ......Just under a grand for a $3,300+ pistol but......
