Just a bump to keep this topic on our minds. I'm assuming we're still in 'status quo' and the injunction granted is still in place.

Today I checked at a local FFL to see if they were selling 80% lowers without restriction. They were not. They were aware of the injunction but had not yet received formal communication which overrules the PSP directive that was the subject of the lawsuit. So, is it possible that despite the well won Court victory, PSP and Wolf bureaucrats are going to deny justice by refusing to officially clear FFLs to sell them without background checks?

locally maybe not ... from other sources I have not had any challenges.
